Our clients know better

Data has become a key asset for all forward looking organisations, driving systems and informing decisions.

We work with our clients to make sure their data is delivering insights and results.

With the right information they can better understand how to reach customers and deliver the experience they're looking for.

How we do it

We're friendly. We're approachable, contactable, and we speak in plain English. We have nothing to gain from blinding you with (data) science.

We're flexible. As a small, remote team we're able to be responsive to our clients' needs.

We give back. We've benefitted from others sharing their knowledge, so we follow suit. That's why we speak at conferences, give away free report templates, and sit on boards and committees of organisations that we believe in.

What we do

Digital analytics. From audits, through to planning, implementation, and reporting. We mostly work with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager and ensure that your setup is gremlin-free and can deliver the insights you need.

User research. Bringing in the voice of the customer can add valuable context to metrics. For that, we use interviews, surveys, and a range of user research tools.

Training. We cover a full range of topics - from beginner to advanced - and always tailor sessions to your organisation and your needs.
