What’s your social media personality?

In the session, we handed out cards where you could describe your org’s typical social media personality.

We’re just crunching the data from those (and some online submissions) to see if we can learn anything from them. Keep an eye on our socials (mostly LinkedIn) and newsletter for that.

What the talk was about

The robots can’t (yet) mimic true human connection. In this session, we’ll show how to put the human touch into the interactions you have with your online audiences. We’ll cover tone of voice, ‘delightful’ interactions, the role of video, and getting out from ‘behind the brand’.
